All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard delivery (within Sri Lanka): 2–5 business days.

Pickup from warehouse: Available within 2 business days — we’ll contact you when your order is ready.

We use trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery fee: LKR 400 flat rate across Sri Lanka.

Free delivery for orders above LKR 15,000.
Return &
Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds.

Exchanges are accepted for size changes or product defects, within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, please email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, you can send the item back to us — customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
